E.ON also meets highest demands as an employer: E.ON is among the best in the "Best workplaces in Europe 2008" ranking! In February 2008, E.ON received a special award in the German "Deutschlands Beste Arbeitgeber 2008" competition for its exemplary preventative health care program. And above all, E.ON took first place for employers in the energy sector at this year’s Universum Award.

E.ON also came in with flying colors in other rankings, such as "Top German Employers 2008" and "German Graduate Barometer 2006/2007".
